By MRT Line 3 – North Avenue Station
Alight at North Avenue (last stop). Exit toward TriNoma Mall. From there, it’s a 7–10 minute walk to Seda Vertis North through Vertis North.
By Bus/UV Express
Alight at SM North EDSA or TriNoma transport terminal. Both are major stops for buses and UVs coming from north or south Metro Manila. Seda Vertis North is a short walk from either terminal.
By Private Vehicle From Balintawak
- Head south on EDSA.
- Pass Q.C. Dapitan Lumber on your right (landmark).
- Take the exit toward Quezon Ave/Alabang.
- Make a U-turn.
- Keep slightly right toward Solaire Way.
- Turn right onto Solaire Way.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Sola Drive.
Seda Vertis North will be on your right.
By Private Vehicle From EDSA / Cubao
- Head north on EDSA (toward Quezon Ave).
- Slight right onto the EDSA North Service Road (follow signs for Quezon Ave/Elliptical Road).
- Continue straight along the Service Road.
- Slight right toward Solaire Way.
- Turn right onto Solaire Way.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Sola Drive.
Seda Vertis North will be on your right.
Parking
Seda Vertis North Parking Information

On entry: Secure your parking ticket at the gate.

Standard rate: ₱150 for the first 3 hours, plus additional fees per succeeding hour (or fraction).

Discounted Event Rate: Before exiting, proceed to the concierge at the front desk on the first floor.
Present your parking ticket and inform them you are attending the FSSI event. Your ticket will be updated to a flat rate of ₱150 for the entire day. -
On exit: Present the updated ticket at the gate and pay ₱150.
Ayala Malls Vertis North
Additional multi-level parking is available next door at Ayala Malls Vertis North, just a short walk to the hotel.
Some guests have noted that during full-capacity events, hotel parking can fill up. In those cases, hotel staff may direct drivers to use the mall’s parking.
During normal mall hours, Ayala Malls charges 60 PHP per hour for the first 3 hours and an additional 10 PHP every hour or fraction thereof after that.
